Each workshop has the length listed and converts to one hour by phone per week, with most workshops ranging in three to six hours (thus averaging three to six weeks of personal workshops with one session per week) so that we have time for some real advanced growth work for making lasting changes.
If you are unsure of which package to choose, I also offer a special one-hour session where you have the opportunity to experience working with me and gaining some valuable tips and tools that you can apply to your life immediately.
